Food:

Daily delivery - Food will be deliver on a daily basis, please ensure that you store it in the fridge until consumption.

Weekly delivery - Please ensure on receipt that you keep the food frozen until consumption.

Supplements:

Store in a cool dry place under 25ºC

Apparel:

For best result wash on a cold cycle inside out. Do not iron on print or tumble dry.

Shipping is based on total price of your order.

R0,00 – R2 000,00 delivery fee of R110,00.

R2 000,00 – R3 000,00 delivery fee of R160,00.

R3 000,00 and above delivery fee of R210,00.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8h30 till 15h30.

Deliveries made to the desired delivery address between 8h00
and 17h00 Monday to Friday.

No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.

Apparel:

Returns can only be made if the apparel has not been worn and in its original packaging. 

Supplements:

Supplements can only be returned if the seal has not been broken. 

Nutritional Products:

Once ordered and delivered these meals can not be returned.
